At a time when much of the real estate industry has become increasingly focused on personal branding, visibility, and social media attention, I have chosen a different path- doubling down on professionalism, poise, discretion, and results. My focus has never been on becoming the loudest voice in the room. It has been on continuing my career as a trusted Real Estate Advisor whose clients know their interests, privacy, and opportunities are being protected.
My clients value the utmost discretion, exclusive access, and trusted guidance. They want to know about opportunities before they become public, they want the ability to navigate important decisions with confidence, and they want to work with an Agent who understands the complexities of the highly-nuanced Austin real estate market of 2026.
Since 2012, I have helped clients navigate Austin's evolving real estate market. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, I spent a decade building and operating one of Austin's top real estate teams, giving me the opportunity to train newly licensed Agents on negotiations, market dynamics, marketing strategy, and the factors that truly drive value. Today, my focus has shifted solely back to what I enjoy most: working directly with clients and providing highly personalized representation.
While I have a particular specialization in Highland Park West- the neighborhood I have proudly called home since 2012- I possess extensive knowledge of Central Austin's most sought-after communities. From Tarrytown and Pemberton Heights to Westlake, Lake Austin, and Lake Travis, I enjoy helping clients wherever their real estate goals take them.
Many of the opportunities I present never appear on the MLS. Through long-standing relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, and Austin's leading agents, I provide access to privately marketed and off-market properties that most buyers never have the opportunity to see. For sellers, those same relationships can create alternatives to the traditional public listing process when privacy is a priority.
At this level, real estate is about more than finding a home or negotiating a contract. It's about having the right information, the right strategy, and the right advocate in your corner. My role is to provide all three- while protecting my clients' privacy every step of the way.
